- Both. Monitoring, maintenance, and help desk support mostly happen remotely, so most problems can be handled without a visit. A technician comes to your office when the work needs hands on the equipment, in every city we serve.
- How far are your technicians from my office?
- Our technicians can reach every city we serve in roughly 15 minutes to an hour by car, with Williamsburg the farthest. Many issues are handled remotely first, so a visit is only needed when the work calls for it.
